Gary is a seasoned executive with a diverse background. With over 20 years of strategic leadership
experience as CEO/General Manager of small/medium sized businesses, his leadership, financial and
proactive selling skills have been developed and honed in autonomous and entrepreneurial growth-oriented
companies.

He began his career with financial leadership positions where he developed, implemented and
enhanced corporate financial controls and systems to improve the bottom line. He was also involved in
private and public equity financing for various organizations.

Gary’s industry experience incudes the manufacturing, importing, distribution, retail, franchising, service
and entertainment sectors.

His background encompasses startup/turnaround/restructuring “hands on” accomplishments in growth
oriented organizations, with a financial grounding that is complemented by proven visionary leadership
and team-building skills.
