As a Virtual or Interim Executive Larry provides strong operational and financial management, downfield vision and innovative solutions to companies of all sizes and in various industries going through growth or transition. He often functions as an interim executive, generally in a CFO, COO or other VP role.

He also provides transaction support for acquisitions, divestitures and mergers; structured and leveraged financings; succession planning; and other structural and operational transactions including business partnerships, joint ventures, transaction alliances and private equity strategies. Larry helps management maximize shareholder value.

Before taking on the role of a Virtual Executive Larry was co-founder of a company that manufactured light gauge steel building products and, before that, VP U.S. Operations and CFO of a Toronto based public manufacturing and distribution company.

Not-for-profit experience includes past Director and Treasurer of the Association For Corporate Growth, Toronto Chapter, past Director and Treasurer of Bayview Community Services and past Director of the Experion Group.

Larry is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant.
